Production & Shipping Policy
Thank you for your support! All apparel is custom-made to order through our printing partner.
Processing Window: Orders take 3 to 5 business days to process and clear before entering production.
Production & Shipping: Once approved, your gear is custom-printed/embroidered and shipped directly to your door (typically taking an additional 5 to 7 business days, but fulfillment times may vary).
Tracking: You will receive an automated tracking link via email the moment your apparel leaves the facility.
Returns & Refunds
All FLX Endurance apparel is made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, color selection, or change of mind. Please review the product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact FLX Endurance within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work with our fulfillment partner to make it right.
If your package is lost in transit or you experience another issue with your order, please reach out and we’ll help determine the next steps.
